Batch #1 - Jailbreak IPA - Day 2 - Add Brown Sugar Water

Today, I added 1/2 pound of brown sugar dissolved in 2 cups water. Blow off lots. Looking nice and healthy!

Next step wait til fermentation slows. Dry hop and wait 10 days. then bottle and age 2 weeks, So looking at Superbowl Sunday as the release date...ha!
