It's a pleasure! That's what Mechaye means. The word is often used to express relief from human misery. A man walking around a subway station looking for a men's room for a week-and-a-half. When he finally finds one, "Oy, a mecheieh."
Batch #2 - Red Headed Step Child Scotch Ale - Day 2
Looks very good. Fermentation in as little as 8 hours. Pitched at 9:15pm last night. By 7am starting to bubble. First blow off at 3:00pm. Still within first 24 hours. Can't wait to drink this one as well.
