Talked to some brewers and suggested that I take it off of primary fermentation. I will do this Sunday morning once I have Jailbreak IPA bottled and carboy cleaned.
Today we finished cicerone training by Ray Daniels at Dogfish Head.
Learned lots from him. About flavors and styles.

-peel beer labels off of beer
-sanitize beer bottles
-Rack IPA off of secondary.
-bottle jailbreak
-clean car boy
-rack red to secondary
-clean carboy
-brew stout
